I have a problem, when I join server leaves me only as spectator while "Spectate" option is clearly turned off. Is it me or someone has that too?

I had that at VRG last week.

Go out, set Spectate On, join the server, and exit. Turn spectate off again and rejoin and see if it works.

That worked for me.
