Fuel Usage On Modded Tracks - how to change Fuel Use?

Hi Guys. I love the Singapore and Kyalami tracks and would love to do some long distance racing on them, but the AI does not put enough fuel in their cars to complete the entire race. I have looked at one of the files of Singapore under fuel use, and it has two numbers that make no sense to me, something like 67350.120456

What can I do, if anything, to adjust the fuel quantities that the AI should put in?
