fukuoka rainfx - rainfx for this beautiful WMMT5 track

put ext_config.ini in assettocorsa\content\tracks\fukuoka_wmmt5\extension
add rainfx on road,warning sign barrier...etc
track is made by kawauchi u can find this track in SRP discord server
feel free to edit anything and be sure u got csp paid ver to enable rainfx
