F1 2013 Full screen on PC?

Hey, I've just got this game on PC, but for some reason, I can't get it to go fullscreen. Any ideas/have you experienced this before?

Alt+Enter

Then change Resolution if it lags

I have done that manually in the files and it is done forever, without me having to do Alt+Enter
