I have clicked your link. This *program* is for Battelfield 3. Not F2013.

Please download SweetFX or FXAA for F1 2013, not Battlefield 3, if you insist on using it.

Be aware that some FXAA/SweetFX installations do not work with Windows 8.0/8.1

Personally I don't use is, and see no need for it in F1 2013. I did used to use it in Battlefield 3 (because of it's horrible blue filter), but that was a long time ago, ancient history.
