g25 pedal inputs fluctuating or dont pedals dont work at all

my g25 pedals wire seem to be loose and needs to be held in a certain position to work i need to know how to connect the wires back as the wire are loosened from the vga connector

Geez, those pedals are 16 years old now! Most of the potentiometers died from use 5 years ago.
