G27 FFB Fix

This fix is not perfect but it does reduce the awfull rattle in the G27.Just place it in ForceFeedback file in your F1 2012 game folder. Remember to backup your original effectssetup file. Hopefully it works for you as it has for me, let me know if it needs improving.

Guys Im not sure why, are you clicking on the download button on far top right, it is different to what I remember, it usually goes straight to download screen.

Right! Mediafire tries to load the content of the xml file... and fail... But indeed you can download it.
