G27 LC mod: Is this possible?

I'm thinking if it's possible to mod a Load Cell into my G27 without paying the enormous price of the Ricmotech mod, so doing some research about Load Cells I came across this on sale on the internet:

As I understand very little about electronics, I don't know what type of signal those three wires on each pedal emit or read, so I'd like to know if it's possible to hook that, either the Load Cell itself or the load cell plus the circuit board directly into the wires that go into my brake pedal potentiometer.
The board model is Hx711, if that helps.

This alone is not suitable. You need a 3 wire 5V load cell , so that it acts like an analog pot with 0-5V output. Hope it helps.
