G27 stuck in calibration

So, awhile ago my g27 had some issues with the optical encoder, so I moved the sensor a little closer to the encoder and the problem was fixed, but then some weeks later, my steering wheel died, everything was normal but no steering, and the shifter lights were blinking, then I unplugged and waited some minutes, and when I plugged it again on my pc it was stuck in the calibration like in this video

, at the time I was thinking it was the optical encoder again, because it couldn't show the wheel position in any game, neither the logitech profiler, so I bought a new one with metal enforcement, but the problem was still there, I really don't know what to do, because there is no tech support near me that fixes sim wheels, I am starting to think it is the sensor of the encoder this time, because when I unplug the sensor's slot, it stills does the same thing.

What do you guys think?
