G29/g27 owners please help

Hello guys!
I bought this used g29 that comes in good state, but it have a strange play of steering rim.
Here is my video.
Do you think it's normal?
During a game, it's perfect; this movement is noticeable only when I do the movement like in the video

I have a G27 and I can't do that Oo if I try to do that it only moves 1mm or so. Not more!
But the g29 has a slightly different motor so maybe it's normal but I don't think so
