F1 2011 Game crashes, savegame corrupt

I know what i have to do: GTEHXOSJZ_1 file to rename to GTEHXOSJZ_0 (while keeping the _1 file).. BUT I AM SICK OF IT.
I bought this game and i expect a proper game. Not a game where your savegame gets corrupt every now and then? I just won a race on legend difficulty, it was a battle.. and now boom savegame again corrupt.
Sometimes he even forgets i won a race.. I get sick of it.

There's no time to work on a patch. They're working on 2012. Just like 2010. Came out, got a couple patches and nothing more.
