F1 2019 Game crashing after texture import

Trying to add a custom fantasy livery to my game for career mode.

I've been using this tutorial with the obvious 2019 updated folder locations.

I can't for the life of me figure out where I am going wrong with it because every time I start the game it crashes when I start a race or view the edited car.

Here are my files I am trying to import.

And below is a preview of what I am trying to add.

Something to do with my files because I was able to import this skin and it works.

Would somebody be able to put the above images into photoshop and spit out the correct dds file? I'm using paint.net and I don't think it can save the correct dds format.
