Game crashing....

Hey all, wondered if anybody could help.

My GTR Evo is crashing to desktop when i try and play online. It happens when its loading a new session i.e practice>qualify, qualify>race. If i join halfway through a practice or qually it's fine until the session i have joined ends and it loads the next.
Just means atm i cannot do anything else!

Any ideas?

Maybe some custom skins? Mods? Tracks? Try trace logger to find out what causing this or reinstall the game...

Same problem here. League race, but all players are crashing. Seems to be something with Steam or so?

Excuse my ignorance, but trace logger?
As far as i am aware the 3 times it's crashed i have been using the base M3-GTR, on Nurburgring. Would skins/tracks/mods installed but not being used cause it to crash?

I developed a CDT in 07 after 5 mins of play offline (not tried on-line) iv'e tried validating my game and all files are ok and I did a defrag other games in steam work ok..
im going to try a reinstall to see if this helps from a new download...
i have no mods installed... its annoying as i usually solved these problems before..

I just read someone had the same kind of problem: First Race07 = corrupt game.
Verify gamecache: impossible and Race07 is downloading again in ........Common !!!!!!
Uninstall, new install : no Common anymore.

Steam begins again playing with our nerves

It's reallocating the files again? What the heck. I hate this so much.

Was playing in online mode on Sunday and had no troubles! Please STEAM don't touch my game

Not all can, i play other steam games too and they won't start in offline mode...
