You can check using CFF explorer, I believe manual contains video link someone made how to use it. I'll probably add a check and print message to CC log some day.

BTW, 4Gb patch does nothing on 32bit OS, so keep that in mind.

Thx for the info. I'm on the road right now and can't use my PC until next Saturday, but Im 99.9% sure that it's a 64 Bit OS

good, running 32bit would be quite strange. From the manual search "4Gb":

Note #5: If you are running large grids, make sure to patch GTR2.exe with the 4Gb patch (for example, by using this: https://esport-racing.de/4gb-patch-for-gtr2/). Note that 4Gb patch requires 64bit Windows, it won’t do anything on 32bit Windows.
