Game is now unplayable stuttering

After purchasing the the largest pack and installed, the game started stuttering like crazy during race and no response to steering wheel. Any advice for a solution greatly appreciated.

If you could share your PC and sim hardware configuration, that would be great, because it's hard to make suggestions in general. But in any case:
- try to lower shadow quality as much as you can tolerate (set it to lowest or even off)
- set the Time Multiplier to 0X in the session settings (it will disable the dynamic daylight)
check if those make any difference in performance
