game is unresponsive after exiting a race

I've tried validating the game twice
ran it with no third party apps

But no success, I can enter a race with no problem, but once I leave, I have to use the task manager to shut down the game because I cant click on anything (can't even alt+f4)

any other things I can try

This is a known problem, a new issue that surfaced recently, I think related to the latest Windows update. I hear that it's related to having multiple monitors connected - solution is only have the one connected you are racing on. Another solution is to use Content Manager to run your races. I also hear that if you turn off full screen rendering in game (I don't because it plays havoc with my framerate).
The next patch is suppose to have a fix.

I can deal with it for now seeing as I can actually race. problem is when I exit.

Anyone else still having trouble after the latest AC patch? It has made no difference to me. I have tried all the work arounds and nothing seems to work???

For what it's worth, mine now works correctly.

...for what its worth, I spent hours trying to fix this issue without success and then today 16.2 came out and fixed the problem instantly!
