Game still looks bad after installing everything

Hi. Can someone help me pls? I installed everything into Content Manager: pp filters/ csp/ sol and maxed out graphics and the game look worse than before

I remember having the same issue when I first started adding stuff. Lots of adjusting needed. Installing PP, sol, CSP only gives you the adjustability. It doesnt come with a good "preset". What I had to do is watch a ton of tutorials specifically for my hardware. It took a few hours to get it looking good. Years later I still find improvements. Its a headache, I know. -But its worth it once you get it going.

@Azari Share your PC specs with us. Maybe someone with a similar setup can share their CM settings files with you.

No amount of pp filters or weather changes can fix track/car content with not very good looking textures.

Right, but that specific track can look much better with those things. Certainly looks great on my end.

Yeah, but ultimately how interesting can "grey pavement and grey buildings and a grey car" look... there are probably less warm pp filter options but you're not gonna get a whole vibrant scene.
