DiRT Rally 2.0 Game stuck in endless intro video loop

Guys, trying to open up the game in Steam VR, but the game just keeps playing the intro video over and over again, and I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to get out of it. Is this a known issue? If so, any fixes?
