Gamepad players: Issues Playing on Pad after 1.8 update

Has anyone else noticed some difficulties with gameplay using a gamepad since the latest update?

I have not changed the way I "drive" but I cannot find the pace I had previously and it feels like I'm scrubbing speed everywhere.

The car control metric reflects the car being overdriven at all times, so my CC rating has dropped from 90+ to under 80.

Also, the M4 GT3 will not even make the low speed corners without slowing to 20mph, like it doesn't have enough steering lock.

Are other people experiencing this?
Does anyone have any guidance for setting changes to compensate for these issues please?

I have X Box One gamepad. I use default settings. I haven't noticed any change. To my mind ACC drives beautifully.

The latest patch has addressed some of this.

However, I still can't get the M4 to turn. Any guidance please?

I wish I could help, but I have no such problem with the M4.

I'm guessing I need to find a setting similar to changing the lock on a wheel. I'll keep trying.
