I see your guy's problem. I ran into this a while back and was looking for a solution. I came across this reddit post (Reddit) and found that the guy was using this filter (Filter). Just put this into your directory and select the latest version of the filter in settings (v4.0.2 as of this post). So far the only car that I know that works is the 650s GT3 car, but I'll let you know if there are more. Have fun!!!

It's a CSP entry that works only if it gets applied to the specific car. Here's an example of the entry in the ext_config.ini file of the car you are interested in modifying:

Code:
; exhaust glow
[INCLUDE: common/gt3_exhaust_glow.ini]
ExhaustLightPoint =-0.0, 0.201, -0.196
ExhaustPoint = -0.217, 0.564, -0.756
ExhaustMeshes_MultiMap = BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.749,BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.750,BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.751,BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.753,BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.752,BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.006,BMW_S_1000_RR_2018.748
ExhaustRadiusInner = 0.202
ExhaustRadiusThicknessInv =0.01
ExhaustGlowTint = 0.02
ExhaustNormalsK = 0.1
ExhaustAreaScale = 0.1, 1, 0.03
ExhaustMirror = 0
ExhaustLightRange = 0.5
ExhaustTemperatureMin = 1
ExhaustTemperatureMax = 3
ExhaustPositioningHelp = 1

If you go to assettocorsa\extension\config\cars\common and look for a file named "GT3_exhaust_glow.ini" there is more info in that file as to what each of these entries does.
