Good setup for RSS Formula Hybrid 2018 @ Barcelona and Monaco?

Hi guys, Does anyone have a good setup for the RSS Formula Hybrid 2018 car at Barcelona and/or Monaco? I'm not getting any better laptimes than 1.25.447 on super softs. If anyone has tips for setting up the best car I'd appreciate it. TIA.
