I'ts not my cup of tea to have to pay to have shortcuts or gains. I mean, to play a racing game you actually need to race, not buy your way in.

But if others prefer to do this, by all means go ahead

It's not totally awful, but not great. The main problem is that some cars are locked behind what they call "Limited Stock" and "Invitations". Both of which are basically RNG (random number generated) and time limited. So that encourages the player to spend real $ to get in game credits to buy the vehicles before they can no longer get that car (at least until it comes in stock again, or they get another invite). Earning credits is also very slow, so there's an incentive again to just buy credits.
