A livery for the RSS Formula Hybrid 2017, slightly inspired by a livery for the Formula Gran Turismo in GT4 (and pretty much a recolor of the rapide yellow 11 livery because i am not smart)

Fix the weird thing under the rear wing
Add a proper preview and livery icon
Fix Driver Suit
Add some blue and red swoops on the body (?)
