nah mate, you just don't let them go over $2000, therefore easy peasy even playing field. then if they win it is because of smart buys not just starting 50 extra skill ahead every season

who said there was no bonus, it gets added to your bank and then the bank gets limited to $2000 too (sort of FFG style, don't like it but may implement it for a more-level field)
