Grandstands anybody ?

Hi all, Im new to BTB and having a great time creating my first track. I have been using all the free Xpacks and am very grateful for the work that people have done in creating them, my only problem ive got is there is no grandstands available and i do not have the skills to create such things.
Is there any Xpacks out there with grandstands in them or can anybody tell me a way of getting hold of some.
