Graphic Problem

Hey i found Racer yesterday as i wanted to see my Jetta 2 in games. So i downloaded the game and i was confused. The graphics are just buggy. Some guy in this forum said "go in Racer.ini and change ATI=0 to ATI=1" i did that but its not better.
My system
Windows 10
R9 290x
I7 6700k
16Gb ddr4 2400mhz memory
