F1 2019 Graphics a blurry mess?

F1 2019 The Game (Codemasters)
Hi all, I decided to pick up F1 2019 yesterday as they have full fanatec functionality now with the v2 formula rims and with simvibe working.
I have all the gfx cranked up to full on my 2560 X 1080 screen and motion blur off but their are jaggie's and the environment around the car is a blurry mess.
Has anyone got this game looking good and if so how did you do it? I have a 1080ti card.
Cheers

Im running 2560 by 1440 and have the game looking good on a 980 . For antialiasing TAA checkerboard is the way to go . For the others , go into Geforce Experience and go into DETAILS on F12019 and take a screenshot of your settings and then we can look at what can be adjusted , what can be cranked down without altering much visually etc . For instance , if you play on TCam rather than cockpit then you can turn Mirrors down as you wont really be using them anyway . You have to be selective over turning all the barely noticed frivolous options down and keeping the in your face graphics options up ( things like texture quality etc ) . Even on the meatiest cards you can't just crank every little option up . Maybe on some games you can but 1- This game had the graphics quality ramped up from the previous game and 2 - The last patch seems a bit glitchy compared to the previous one with occasional sound dropouts and pictures of drivers missing on the monitor in practice , things like that . So some of the problem in your game could well be on Codies end too .

Thanks for the detailed reply Bruce, I have found a couple of good articles about what different gfx settings cost in performance and how to setup the NVIDIA control panel to get agood clear image. I also applied dsr factors around 3x. At 4k the fps was between 45 and 60 so a bit low. At 3x I was getting between 62 - 80 fps so I will stick with that and the image quality is far superior than it was before.

How to fix this problem, i tried all ways (maybe), but jagged lines still appeared, i need the solution :(

Btw, this is my PC specs :

found a way to enable Drs in the GeForce experience but when I select it just goes back to the native resolution of my ultrawide 3440x1440 using an RTX 2080ti the double resolution is not shown 6880x2880
any help, please

the only ones I can select are 7680x4320 and 5431x3055 and then it goes back to 3440x1440
