PC2 Graphics card setup? NVIDIA

How do you guys have the control panel for Nvidia set up for this game?

pCars 1 looks beautiful, but I am having problems on this one mostly because I have no idea how to set it up.

GTX950 4 gig. Windows 7 64, AMD fx 6350 6 core 8 gig system ram.

Maybe I'm grasping at straws, but this should be a bit prettier than it currently is on my machine.

I personally don't use any tweaks outside of the game, other than forcing VSync (and GSync settings). I tinkered (I use NVidia Inspector) but nothing worked better than the in-game settings.
I'm using an Alienware AW3418DW - 34" curved UltraWide 3440x1440 @ 100GHz. GSync has done wonders for my racing sims! GTX 1080 Ti, i7 3770, 16GB

I can't get it to look as good as PCars 1 either, i don't want the added flash and pomp, all a bit need for speed that stuff, just the bare bones will do but stable.
I'll try v sync via control panel then.
Got this game for 26 quid which was a bonus so close to release date and i really do want to getting it running as well as my other stuff.
