My PC can run F1 2015, Dirt Rally and other high performance games nicely,
but struggle in this game. Strange.

best thing probably would be to send mail to reizas support with your system specs and wheel so they can collect more data and localize this issue .. on my i5 2500k, 16GB ram, 750ti with all maxed and max AA in nVidia profiler it looks and runs well... 150-200+ FPS ..

Fixed. In game FPS was set at 16, had to increase to 150. Graphics are fine now.
