Graphics ??

Seems like your graphic card isn't ready to poop. Haha

First , try your game without any mods . Secondly , if the problem also shows up with the vanilla game then try either rolling back your graphics drivers or updating them if you havent got the latest . Also try something like HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner and check your graphics card temps to make sure its not running massively high temperatures .
