GSC 2013 crash on startup.

I have installed and reinstalled more than once, The game was working fine for a long time and now it wont start, I get a dump crash file but cant read it, I will put the file here if anybody knows how to read it.
Thanks for any help.

Did you try to sync the game?

download 'GSC sync', put those 2 files in your main GSC directory, and run 'GSC sync.exe'

Yes I have tried the sync and nothing.

Yes I am. I wiil redownload all files and see what it does.

There's no point in redownloading the files, if the sync does nothing everything should be upto date and ok. Check your antivirus isn't quarantining any files, try removing your player profile and have you updated your graphics card drivers recently or install any graphics tools that have an overlay?
