So, tried multiple bios on this board now. I think I either have an issue with the board or... the CPU has somehow become damaged. Would be strange as the PSU is a brand new Corsair HX750 and there are no bent pins...
I've got a B450 Tomahawk Max being delivered either today or tomorrow so will hopefully be up and running by Friday. Will be close but hopefully I'll make it.

It's looking highly doubtful for me to make this @Craig Dunkley ...
Had to totally bread board my system as it wasnt posting. Now it's totally out of the box and posts with the old and new PSUs without issue...
One of my attachments was somehow causing a failed post to hang on the CPU...
Could it be the H100i v2? Never heard of it before but may be true... just have to go through the process of plugging things back in till it fails to post again...
