A message to all Drivers

If you run off track, you must check to see that its clear before you re enter the track. Always try to re-enter the track parallel to the racing line. Stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car.

When joining the track from the pits, remain inside the white line and stay off the racing line until you are up to speed.

During qualification, do not race on your out lap, let other drivers by.

Golden Rule
  1. If you hit somebody, sending them off the track and carry on like nothing happened, you take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Instead, you should always wait for the affected drivers, and that way you can be 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a lift of the gas please.
You will be penalized if you break our rules
Note: Please use your full real name in Discord. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium member.

Ha Ha Hank , catching and giving some grief was one thing, overtaking was never really on.
Tried my best to get you to make a mistake, but you drove faultlessly.:(

My race was luckily quite easy and mostly uneventful, Thomas was my only worry, but trying to overtake the Lamborghini here in the McLaren was always a tall order.
Mostly did not even have to worry about the McLaren getting a tow.

Well done podiums, and all I came across.:)

It is such a pleasure to race against all here on these race series.:):)

Uneventful race for me. Always not that strong at Monza in McLaren. After good start which brought me into trouble as I had to lift behind Hank as there was no room to go left had a short fight with Ernie. After he outsprinted me at curva grande had a lonely race.
Great to have a clean first corner at Monza, only possible in this great community. Normally total carnage here. The two Lambos of Hank and Ernie were not that far in front but going some tenths faster most of the time. At least could go constant pace and had no spin going with rear wing 1 and also did a new pb. Maybe will try Audi or Lambo next time but need more practice in these cars.
Thx for organizing and congrats to podium.
Cu next time

Congrats to Fulvio & Dmitry - I was both awestruck and appalled by Dmitry's race pace. When I calculate the fuel for a race I often use previous races as a guide, i.e., average lap times/total number of laps completed:

Based on the above results, it seemed a safe bet that the race was going to be over after 33 laps, and as such, I calculated that I needed 126 litres - the SCG is a thirsty beast (just under 3.8 litres per lap). By lap 14 I noticed that Dmitry's lap times weren't getting any slower and there was a good chance that he was going to complete 33 laps within the hour, which he did with 0.5 of a second to spare. Anyway, panic set in and I made a complete mess of adjusting the fuel (my VR tracking is very problematic, so I had to make the changes through the corner of my eyes). I missed my pitstop and then went off @ T1. Fortunately, I just manged to get ahead of the Lambos exiting the pits on the following lap. After that there was no chance of catching Fulvio, so the rest of the race was about keeping a safe distance from Hank/Ernie.

We had lower air temp this weekend which improved the laptimes. Monza used to be held at +25C (at least in GT3 RD events I took part in), but it was +20C this Sunday. That's about 0.5s laptime difference there and it is still warm enough to keep tires mostly in the working temp range (dropping down to +15C wouldn't give you another half a second due to cold tires losing grip)
