GT4 America Number Plate - GT4 America Number Plate

Was doing a skin for the Guerilla Mods GT4 mod and couldn't find an American GT4 number plate so I put this one together. I did not have a definitive reference to go by so it's based off of pictures from the actual cars in the Texas race. I'm sure there are some size and color inaccuracies, but it's close enough until one of the plate experts does a better job.
