Plus,
- increased resistance to damages to prevent AI to pit in for small aero damages
- increased driver seat position range (use LEFT or RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON then drag mouse to adjust view)
- removed bump maps from Morgan/ViperCC/350Z cockpits because of cartoon/plastic effect
- removed spa invisible wall in pits
- updated Enna tyres stack with moving ones
- updated 996CUP #123/124 ugly safety net with nicer one from ViperCC
- updated 996 RS with 3 styles : Motec+H gearbox / Motec+Seq gearbox / Stack+H gearbox
- updated all MoTeC/Pi/Stack fonts, display and cube maps, added red zone to Stack and added rev limit to MoTeC
- added 996 GT3 R versions
- added missing brakes/tyres temperatures motec line : now available in ALL cars (cycles show lap time, oil/water/tyres/brakes temperatures)
- added specific Ferrari/Porsche brakes
- added missing #109 Porsche GT3 CUP from 24h Spa 2003 event
- added laptimer to all cars with flags/pit icons
- added missing safety net in #108 C5R cockpit
- added wipers and dirt/rain effects on side windows
- fixed many black polygons on some cars
and many more (as CocaCola I will not give my detailed recipe because of people copying my work but you must know that there are more than 300 patches) during 7 long years of work on this project...

Finally, thanks to the guidance of my friend @Zipdrive , I was able to add motec infos (tyres/brakes temperatures...) to Stack display (lotus elise, mosler and gt3R)

Now I will continue to rework tyre treads, and brake discs/glow for next 10.1 update :)
 
Today I have made the mosler Stack with motec infos at bottom line :

And I continue to rework brake discs :
- added aluminium reflection on eack disc
- made textures darker to increase contrast with brake glow
- reworked brake glow skin and intensity on every HQ car
I have just finished 24H cars so left GT and NGT classes to do :)

Today I have also fixed a 14 years old bug : I have added missing wing shadow on many cars like elise, corvette, bmw z3, mosler, f550, lister, lambo, gt3 cup, gt3 RS, etc...

The 10th Anniversary Patch 10.1 is online :)

A fresh install is highly recommended as it is a major update.

Only HQ Cars will benefit from wing shadow fixes, new porsche calipers and new motec stack in elise/mosler/gt3R : so not available in HQ MODS COLLECTION.
 
I'm scared:

that "lighting" are the night pole lamps? are they like those on the tracks of neel jani? (on my ultra low potato PC I can't use his)

or do you mean "solar" general lighting ?.
 
i forgot ... is the DucFreak's UI less "heavy" than the original ui?
I mean if the menu is in-game it is light in RAM, the duks ui is.

I see that they have black and white images, but also more characteristics.
 
When I talk about lighting I mean sun color lights in sunrise/day/sunset and not the lamps :)

It is a customized DucFreak's UI with new options available in menu and lighter in RAM because images background are black & white.

The best is to try by yourself as it takes 5 min to install a fresh GTR2 install somewhere on your disk drive then 2 minutes to extract 10th A.Patch archive.
By the way, I removed many HQ textures for base game so there is the minimum : HQ SKIES, LENS FLARE, CUBE MAPS, SMOKES, SPARK and that's all for default cars/tracks.
 
You know there are patches in 10th Anniversary Patch that you do not have in HQ MODS COLLECTION so I highly recommend to install 10thAP : you can play stock game if HQ versions are to high for your pc specs, that said if you set all graphics on medium you may be able to run HQ versions too :)

As a matter of fact, consider 10thAP as part1 and HQ MODS COLLECTION as part2 : if there wasn't 500mb upload limit then I would pack all in 1 mod ;)
