GTSpeedster's AMS Copa Petrobras de Marcas Fixes (Honda & Toyota) - Door bug fixes for the Copa Petrobras de Marcas' cars (Honda & Toyota)

Fixes for driver's side door hole/bug for both the Honda Civic and the Toyota Corolla. The Honda bug shows at short distance and maximum detail. The Toyota bug only appears at medium distance shots at the track. Not anymore though.
