Guerilla Mods McLaren GT4 FedEx #26 - FedEx Skin for Guerilla Mods McLaren GT4

First skin for the McLaren GT4 from Guerilla Mods. It's still a work in progress so expect an update or two. Wanted to get it out there for those with the GT4 mod to have another McLaren skin to add to the grid. Like my skin for the BMW GT4, this one includes American and European versions for those that like a specific series plate\banner to race with or against.

Ok. Will do my best. Hard to make out some of the smaller details (like words on the black number plate, etc.) so you might have to be my guide a little bit.

Trickier than I thought it would be. The car has a lot of edges that are painted, some of which i'm not sure I can paint. I just have to do the red on the back and figure out the logos. I also think the top of the hood needs slightly adjusted and i'm still trying to figure out exactly the red tone. The car is shadowed so much in the pics that I can't quite figure out what shade of red it is. Some pics it looks a deep red and some it looks a bright red.

That actually helps a lot because it's a clearer picture. One thing, are those little fins on top of the front wing white, black or grey? I'm talking about the ones under the nose.

When I saw the car a few years ago they were black. So just do them that way.

Not to bad. Hard to match the arc of the red in the back without a perfectly square side view, but this is close.

Probably a long shot, but would you happen to know the GLASGOW font type? Can't find a clean image of the name to make a logo so I just want to create one from scratch.

EDIT: Here she is with the logos, except for the Glasgow part of them and the black number plate. Not sure what i'm going to do about that. Have no idea what plate type that is. May have to make one up from scratch to match that. Can't make out the rear wing well enough in any pictures to get the wing logos correct. I know there is a black McLaren logo on the top of the wing so that will be put in. The sides may have to get something generic. Also changed the red to a slightly deeper richer looking red.

On the top of the tail it just says McLaren. The end plates and in the black area I have circled is the name of the company who made the wrap.
As for the font I have no idea so I would say as long as it is close to it that's all that matters to me. I guess for the number plate just put 570s GT4.

Thanks for the logo. Yes, the McLaren on the tail is black with some kind of white graphic around it. I can't make out the shape of the graphic so I might just use a white McLaren logo back there and leave the tail all black on top. Or just make a rectangle of white and put the black McLaren logo inside of it. You will decide which one you like better.

As for the plate, I can easily create that plate if you want it. If not, I can put an official plate on it with a number if you intend to race this car. Just let me know the number and which series.

Sorry it's taking so long. When it comes to this stuff, I suffer from a severe case of OCD so I fuss over evey little detail.

There's no particular series as such yet. Perhaps in the future. I couldn't make out the graphic either on the tail properly either I think the white rectangle with the McLare logo in black would work well. As for race number could you put 07 on it please. As for where I'll leave that for your artistic talent to decide where would look best.
As for taking so long man I've not even noticed honestly. I appreciate your work. So far it's looking excellent.

LOL, think I found the font. Oddly enough , it's named GLASGOW.
