The original car is awesome, british and one of my all time favourite cars. The car on that picture is that car, but heavily customised so its not looking like the original car

The non-customised car was build in 1992 and basically won Le Mans. But somehow still havent won.

Looks a bit like the Sergio from Ferrari to honor Pininfarina, who designed the car above.

This my dad's rebuild project:
It took him 2 years to finish the car. But the car is finished and fully restored.

I'll add a new picture everyday with a tip until someone comes up with the correct answer.

The body needed only some small corrections and new paint.

The car has a 4,2 engine and a manual 4 speed box.
Original it had a 3,4 engine and a automatic gear box.
I want to keep the 4,2 engine with 3 SU-carburettors.
But de manual gearbox will be replaced with a BW automatic gearbox.
There were a lot missing or not perfect parts, which needed to be replaced.

I bit more of the car. And my hand. Just found that picture.

Enough sanding, grinding, welding.

3,4 engine , 6 cylinders, maybe vintage....This is hard, but for me one of the best and interesting * Guess the car* we had in here, because it is/was a private project. Can't wait untill you post another *hint*.

Every nut and bolt has been cleaned.
Because the original car manufacturer work with inches, some nuts and bolts are as rare as the car.
