I don't think that he ever used such a helmet, even more since he wasn't driving in the modern days. So I'd have already excluded Rega.

And Buemi has less red&white.

Maybe I should guess too later on.

There´s quite alot of countries with red/white/blue but out of those countries and drivers i guess France is a good bet as David here mentioned.
