According to Esteban, he is "doing a great f***ing job" and the team is piss poor. Strong words for a guy in his third year who has only scored in the points once...

He would do well not to go making 'waves' and publicly chastising the team...especially with so much good, young talent sitting on the sidelines.
It'd be much better for him discussing these issues in private with the team.
It's also not good speaking and acting like it's he... and then the rest of the team.
Time to integrate or get out.

He'll be gone next season, and rightfully so, he's not as good as he thinks he is. Grosjean has bettered him significantly every race.
