How much do you consider cheap? You can get a Fanatec Clubsport Handbrake and Fanatec Clubsport Adapter for around 160 Euros.

Saw this on YouTube a few days ago, it's inspired me into designing a 3D printable version to go with the sequential shifter... Not sure how much the handbreak in the video would set you back though.
