I did extract it there! Simply doesnt work. Found another mod that does it better

Hello all, I am having a bit of trouble trying to find this directory. After user/ I do not have the "AppData" folder to continue into the directory to place my thumbnail preview files from racedepartment. Could I have deleted it somehow? Any way to get it back?
