HE pedals not pressing at full force in AC

Rebuilt my PC and went through the normal steps. I calibrated the pedals but when in AC, 100% doesn't equate to 100% brakes. Infact, I can't press hard enough to get the pressure past 50% is AC. Did the many reboots and re-calibrations and got nothing. Any ideas what I can try? any config files to change?

Throttle and wheel works perfect as does the button box.

Steve's PM which I was too tired to understand last night made sense when I re-read it. I had to run di-view again for some reason to set the range.
