Headlights of the traffic cars?

Headlights of the traffic cars are very weak and it is difficult to see them while driving.
Hence my question: How to make a headlights of the traffic cars brighter?
It would be very helpful, especially in the corners.

I have the same issue. Tried turning up headlight brightness in CM and it didn't have any effect on the traffic cars
