wonder how you guys do all these paints on the helmets. Do it with pen tool by single hand or copy a texture from another game (for example : rfactor ) and try to paint over it ?

Pen tool works best for me.

I mean you do every single stripes, shapes single handedly? Seems it requires lot of practices than making cars lol.

It depends on the design.
Some designs are easy.
Not all shapes, i try do most of them though.
