Help! Controller Sensitivity/Deadzone on 'JOY2'?

Anyone assist me...

I'm currently using 2 controllers...a wheel on 'Joy1' and my CSP pedals on 'Joy2'
All inputs are recognized and assignable with GSC2013.

Only problem is when I wish to fine tune the sensitivity or deadzone (found in controller 3 tab) these settings don't seem to have any effect other than on 'Joy1' devices.

For instance, my steering wheel is map to the X axis on 'Joy1'. If I crank up the deadzone setting for the x axis, everything works as it should. Yet with my brake pedal (mapped to RY on 'Joy2') adjusting RY axis sensitivity/deadzone has no affect.

rFactor is not this one. Anyone help?
