F1 2020 Help getting custom livery into game

I have created a custom livery on photoshop but I cannot for the life of my figure out how to get the DDS photoshop extension working. I was wondering if there was anyone who would be willing to convert my PSD file into a copy-paste ready file so that I can just install my paint like any other copy paste mod.
