HELP ..in game dazzling white

Can anybody please tell me how to fix this problem ...its really bad in game

Any object around the track which is white (including every apex) looks like the contrast is set @ 200% ...see mirror ..

Most likely DX9 content. Try turning post processing effects off.

If you run content updated for DX11 then you shouldn't have this problem.

Considering not all content has been updated, then turning off PP is an option.
Also depending on whether you are racing on or off line, you can set the time of day to adjust the glare.

Thanks for your help guys

Tried many things and in the end done a re-install which solved the issue ...jeez it was a long process though, the game installed quickly but then the workshop items took over an hour ...
