I'll try to help I hope we succeed
First download latest version from here https://p2t5r.itch.io/ego-erp-archiver
Download and install ( windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.6-win-x64 ) for ERP work
To install the helmet, you have to open the file by following the path in the picture
ERP : TEXTURES > (helmet files you downloaded, helmet files whole (Helmet_D.dds) IMPORT
The same IMPORT operation should be applied to the 3 files shown in the picture.
ERP > FILE > SAVE
Enter the game, you will have a helmet
