Help installing liveries game pass edition

Hi there, im very new to installing mods on all games, i have the game pass version (is it different to steam?) ive installed modular mods. it works as i do have the modular mods startup screen. i try install custom livery, i follow the steps to copy and paste into the active folder as an erp file but its not appearing in game. any help would be appreciated TIA. The game is f1 22

You can just copy (with Windows Explorer) the downloaded skins in this map (or on your C: drive where ever the AC content files are. If you don't have Steam, the AC files will be somewhere else where you installed it.

Appreciate the help, my bad, forgot to mention the game is f1 22...
